We provide one-on-one evening habit consultations — lifestyle coaching focused on building practical nighttime routines. This includes assessing your current habits, co-creating a routine plan, and optional follow-up sessions. We do not provide medical, psychological, or sleep-disorder treatment.
Our intro session is $95 for 45 minutes. The three-session package is $240. Digital guide bundles start at $35. All prices are in US dollars. New York State sales tax may apply. See our homepage for current rates.
Yes — cancellations made 48+ hours before your session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24–48 hours may receive a 50% refund or free rescheduling. See our full Return & Cancellation Policy for details.
Yes. In-person sessions are held at our Chelsea Piers studio in Manhattan. Virtual sessions via video call are available for clients who prefer remote consultations or live outside the NYC area.
We help you build evening routines and habits — we do not diagnose or treat sleep disorders or any medical conditions. If you have ongoing sleep issues, please consult a licensed healthcare provider. Our services are complementary lifestyle coaching, not a substitute for medical care.

We're open Tuesday through Saturday, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time. Sunday and Monday sessions are available by appointment. Email responses are typically sent within two business days.
